Every jewel is designed in Lord Vincent’s workshop in via Saturnia, 39, Rome, Italy. You can visit it and see in person our creations, please contact us to arrange a meeting. Every piece is unique and hand-crafted. Every slight imperfection is part of its value.

Payment

Every jewel is made-to-order. Please allow a production time of 10-15 business days before shipping. PayPal only is accepted.

Shipping Policy and Fees

We ship to Europe and UK through UPS at €20. We ship to US through FedEx at €30.
It takes 5-10 business days approximately to receive your parcel after it shipped.

Please notice: US and UK buyers may be required to pay import duties and taxes once the parcel arrives in the destination country. Those fees may vary and can’t be calculated in advance unfortunately.

Returns

Lord Vincent is pretty confident that every customer will love his jewel, but if a customer wants to return it for whatever reason, we’re open to that.
